Response times 

We aim to acknowledge all enquiries made by phone, letter or email, within two working days and respond within 15 working days. Complex enquiries could take longer.

If you contact us in Welsh

We will make sure you can talk to someone in Welsh. If we can’t deal with your enquiry immediately, we will call you back within 24 hours. If you write to us in Welsh we will respond in Welsh.

If you want to make a complaint about us

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
