We’ve published our operational plan for 2020-2021.
It details what work we plan to carry out for the remainder of this planning year. Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have amended our approach to our work significantly. As well as outlining what we plan to do, our operational plan also sets how we plan to do it.
