This is our second annual report for Class 3B/4 Laser and Intense Pulsed Light services and it’s purposes is to summarise our findings from our inspections and highlight areas.

The purpose of this report is to summarise the findings from our inspections during 2016-17 and to highlight the areas for improvement and areas of good practice we have identified across services. As a result of the themes identified from our inspections, we have made overarching recommendations for services in this area.
