NHS Hospital Inspections Annual Report 2016-17

The purpose of this report is to summarise the themes emerging from the hospital inspections we completed during 2016-17. The report therefore provides information about good practice identified and aspects of healthcare services that required improvement; highlighting those issues in particular, which related to a number of local health boards.
